As a Client Success Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to foster strong, lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their unique needs and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will engage with clients to provide strategic insights and support using our online tools. This role emphasizes building exceptional client experiences through education, strategic implementation, and goal discovery.

Requirements

A passion for facilitating financial literacy and problem-solving.
Independent, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a background check and a firm commitment to compliance and integrity.
Proficiency in digital tools with a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam.

Nice To Haves

A background in customer service, leadership, or management is advantageous.
