About The Position
This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who want to work remotely while developing a business around their existing strengths in communication, leadership, and relationship building. We partner with a global education company delivering online educational programs and live leadership events. Working independently, you'll connect with individuals who have requested information about our educational programs and live learning events. Using a structured communication process, you'll conduct virtual consultations, provide educational information, and guide individuals as they explore whether our programs and independent business model align with their personal and professional goals. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding, business training, AI-supported technology, digital tools, and ongoing mentorship while developing your skills in communication, client relationship management, leadership, and business development.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals requesting additional information.
- Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom.
