As we lead the next wave of AI transformation, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our innovative solutions. You will be instrumental in building long-term partnerships, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to our continued growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B technology or professional services organisation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- A strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and Big Data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to provide effective client solutions.
- Superb organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in an autonomous, fully remote working environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ERP or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives and act as a trusted advisor on how our solutions can help them achieve their goals.
- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from effective onboarding and training to proactive support and successful contract renewals.
- Proactively monitor client health, usage patterns, and satisfaction to identify potential risks and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Act as the voice of the customer within eAlliance, gathering valuable feedback and collaborating with technical and product teams to drive service improvements.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling of our services and solutions.
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating technical queries when necessary and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of our partnership and align on future strategy.
