Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of INFINITY Fleet Safety Training—online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing. We are seeking a responsible and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who excels at delivering outstanding customer service, understanding client business needs, and resolving challenges with effective solutions. Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
Proven experience in account management or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts with professionalism and accuracy, including handling renewals and leading contract negotiations to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Communicate confidently with key decision-makers across industries
Provide outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
Resolve client issues and concerns quickly and effectively
Understand and identify client business needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
