About The Position

This role is a key opportunity to join one of North America’s Google Cloud Premier Partners and drive client success. As a Client Success Manager, you will report to the Head of Client Success and collaborate closely with Google teams on joint upsell campaigns and contract renewals within our existing client base. Beyond Google products, you will champion numerous cross-selling opportunities, including ISV partnership solutions and Premier Cloud’s value-added services. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with a passion for deal strategy, relationship building, and finding optimal cloud solutions, with exceptional communication skills for selling via email, phone, and video conference.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B software sales.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in GWS renewal, whether at Google directly or another partner.
  • Ability to strategically engage target accounts and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in leading video conferences and comfortable making cold calls.
  • Ability to source, engage, and create relationships with target accounts
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with clients on complex implementation projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and technical leads to inventory software, define migration plans, and build business cases.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of Google Cloud products (GCP).
  • Prior experience with GCP, AI, Chrome, or Professional Services (Chrome & Cameyo experience is highly valued).
  • A strong foundation of knowledge surrounding other public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Completion of relevant Google certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Sales Credential, Google Cloud Sales Credential).

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract renewals for a subset of Premier Cloud’s existing Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and ISV customer base.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling of products and services to existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and manage all assigned customer correspondence.
  • Proactively prospect for new opportunities via daily outbound calls and emails to the customer base, often in conjunction with Googlers.
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets across Google Cloud, ISVs, and Professional Services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with assigned clients, prospective clients, and Google representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer engagements and active pipelines in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Submit qualified opportunities through Google’s Partner Sales tool(s).
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (GWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google P&D, other SaaS products, and Premier Cloud’s service offerings.
