Requirements

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on service performance and outcomes.
Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial setup and usage.
Collect and document client feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in our systems.
Support client retention efforts by identifying at-risk accounts and suggesting proactive outreach.
Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to better serve clients.
Contribute to team goals and participate in training and development opportunities.
