About The Position

8:12 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Client Success Manager for Residential Roofing Sales. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building pipeline, creating opportunities, and closing work, while also building and maintaining relationships with customers. The role emphasizes craftsmanship, communication, and ownership. The Client Success Manager acts as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues such as leaks, storm damage, or insurance claims, providing them with straight answers and a clear plan. The role involves inspecting properties, recommending solutions, selling jobs, and staying connected through project completion to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being in the field, interacting with people, and taking on responsibility. It requires a 'hunter' mentality focused on creating opportunities, follow-up, relationship building, and a long-term perspective. The role offers freedom and accountability, allowing individuals to manage their own schedule, build their pipeline, and control their earnings. Training and support are provided for coachable individuals willing to work, as well as opportunities for experienced sellers seeking a more structured environment. Laziness, excuses, and ego are not a good fit for this role.

Requirements

  • Coachability and willingness to learn roofing, assessment processes, and company systems.
  • Comfort performing assessments and discussing scope of work.
  • Understanding of follow-up, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
  • Ability and willingness to use CRM software.
  • Effort and a good attitude.
  • Ability to manage your own day.
  • Ability to be paid based on results instead of tenure.

  • Outside sales experience in another industry.
  • Experience in law enforcement, firefighting, EMT, paramedic work, military, teaching, coaching, athletics, skilled trades, insurance or claims adjusting, real estate, project or field management, or hospitality leadership.
