About the position
The job overview for the role of Client Success Manager, Employers at Calibrate is to manage an account portfolio and ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. The manager will build relationships with internal and external partners, monitor client trends and performance, and provide guidance on optimizing the program for clients. They will also be responsible for delivering client updates, reporting performance metrics, and leading quarterly business reviews. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting clients, managing accounts, and possess excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage an employer account portfolio to deliver client satisfaction, client engagement, and retention
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to lead clients through the client lifecycle, securing renewals
- Partner with internal teams to monitor client trends and client performance, and provide guidance to the client on how to optimize the program for their membership
- Deliver important client updates, report performance metrics and SLAs, manage effective meetings, and lead compelling quarterly business reviews
- Develop strategic account management plans and regularly communicate client portfolio health internally
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience supporting clients, managing an account portfolio, or similar role
- Prior commercial experience managing health/wellness benefits to employers
- Excellent relationship management, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate client feedback and sentiment to internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an extreme attention to detail
- Comfort building strong interpersonal relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to successfully operate in ambiguity and energized by creating structure
- Energized by working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action
- Passionate about innovation in digital health
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
