About The Position

City Cast makes local podcasts and newsletters for cities around the U.S. We’re hiring a Client Success Coordinator to help our rapidly expanding media company in our advertising operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for the post-sale process of overseeing advertising campaigns from start to finish. You’re perfect for this role if you have excellent stakeholder management skills, want to be part of something new, and love being hands-on. This position is a remote position and will report to the Client Success Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in a professional workplace setting.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills with obsessive attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot
  • Excitement about working in a nimble, casual, but intense startup environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and podcasting is a plus
  • Prior experience in a client facing role
  • Experience working at a high volume, managing multiple campaigns at once

Responsibilities

  • Work with city-based sales executives for intake, scheduling, client communication, and post-campaign reporting for podcast, newsletter, and social advertising
  • Manage all post-sale campaign elements, including ownership across kick-off calls, production, launch and reporting
  • Maintain ad planner and communicate with staff responsible for ad creative
  • Manage post-sale ad tools within platforms such as megaphone, Sanity, and Instagram, as well as be able to troubleshoot
  • Ensure that all deadlines for ad assets are met for both the advertisers and the city teams
  • Ensure city teams are notified and aware of expectations and requirements for each campaign in a clear and timely manner
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for account growth, renewal & upsell
