About The Position

The Client Success Associate (CS Associate) assists with Engagement Solutions project planning and delivery, internal and client-facing meetings and communications, reporting and other project and program-related support tasks. The successful candidate will have experience with customer service skills, project management and marketing operations. The CS Associate provides administrative and detail-oriented task support to Client Success Managers to ensure clients’ needs are being met throughout the program life cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, management, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support; professional services or service-related industry background preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, and business reporting software applications.
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear and concise documentation and routing.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively to internal and external client needs.
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and collaboration skills.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an emphasis on solution development.
  • Demonstrates urgency, ownership, and accountability in daily responsibilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
  • Willingness to work the time necessary to complete projects and meet deadlines.
