About The Position

Software Finder is hiring a Client Success Associate to support client relationships across active campaigns. This role focuses on clear expectation setting, campaign oversight, and timely issue resolution to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of campaign-based delivery models, lead quality concepts, and performance tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, reporting tools, and internal documentation systems.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and accountable in follow through.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in client success, account management, or coordination roles will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across live campaigns.
  • Set and reinforce expectations around lead quality, delivery criteria, and billing models such as PPL, VP, and content led initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead acceptance, utilization, and budget pacing.
  • Proactively identify risks related to dissatisfaction, refunds, or under utilization.
  • Handle client queries and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.
  • Support budget optimization discussions, including short term extensions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and governance frameworks.
