About the position
We are seeking an expert Client Success Associate to manage a portfolio of B2B relationships and drive Rho product adoption at scale. The role involves onboarding and managing ongoing relationships with businesses, maximizing client adoption of our products and services, and maintaining high retention. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure the success of our clients.

Requirements
- Manage existing client relationships (200+ business clients with upwards of $25m annual revenue) and onboard new clients at scale
- Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, Looker and other software to execute at client touches efficiently as well as log and track client communication and insights
- Strategically collaborate with the Business Development team (Sales) to efficiently and effectively onboard new clients
- Maximize client adoption of Rho’s products and services
- Confidently demonstrate and articulate Rho’s value proposition and prescriptively tailor the platform to each client’s unique needs
- Demonstrate impeccable client-facing skills (articulation, professionalism, confidence, relatability)
- Identify upsell opportunities and deliver consultative value
- Self-motivated with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Bias for action, enthusiasm about technology and fintech, comfort with ambiguity and high speed
- High degree of comfort with drawing insights from analytics reports
- A valued team member who upholds Rho’s mission and professional values
- 3+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role
