About the position
We are seeking an expert Client Success Associate to manage a portfolio of B2B relationships and drive Rho product adoption for our expanding customer base. In this role, you will collaborate with the Customer Success team and your Director to develop tactics for onboarding and managing ongoing relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing existing client relationships, onboarding new clients at scale, maximizing client adoption of Rho's products and services, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a high degree of comfort with analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships (200+ business clients with upwards of $25m annual revenue) and onboard new clients at scale
- Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, Looker and other software to execute client touches efficiently as well as log and track client communication and insights
- Strategically collaborate with the Business Development team (Sales) to efficiently and effectively onboard new clients
- Maximize client adoption of Rho's products and services
- Confidently demonstrate and articulate Rho's value proposition and prescriptively tailor the platform to each client's unique needs
- Demonstrate impeccable client-facing skills (articulation, professionalism, confidence, relatability)
- Identify upsell opportunities and deliver consultative value
