About The Position

KOR is hiring a Client Success Analyst or Senior Analyst to work directly with institutional clients on implementations, data questions, and day-to-day support. The role involves analyzing trade data, testing and validating client setups, investigating reporting issues, and helping clients realize the full value of KOR’s product. Hiring level will depend on experience. The company is a venture-capital-backed fintech with a live product in regulatory trade reporting. Its services began in the US and have expanded to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and Singapore. KOR builds on cloud technology and aims to improve B2B trade servicing, data utility, data quality, and processing efficiency, beginning with regulatory reporting for OTC derivatives. The position is fully remote within North America, with occasional travel to clients—around 5–10%—for activities such as kickoffs and go-lives. KOR describes its culture as focused on teamwork, ownership, trust, constructive feedback, and professional growth.
