About The Position

Porter is a leading healthcare IT and services platform for care and coverage coordination that optimizes outcomes and member experience. They deliver understanding, compassion, information, and peace of mind for the members of their health plan customers. Driven by robust AI analytics, Porter's Care Guide team helps members navigate the healthcare delivery system, secures the right support for their specific needs, and directs Porter's team of expert clinicians to perform telehealth visits and/or comprehensive in-home assessments, complete with lab and diagnostic testing. By coordinating the complexities of each unique care journey, Porter helps close the gaps with the largest impact on quality measures, total cost of care, risk adjustment, and member experience. The company is seeking an enthusiastic individual experienced in Account and Project Management within the healthcare sector to join their dynamic Customer Success Team. This role involves managing projects and customers within a rapidly growing portfolio of accounts. The ideal team member will be a change agent, aiming to alter the status quo of healthcare delivery by providing an innovative and empathetic ecosystem of transparency to members. New team members are expected to bring energy and excitement to revolutionize the healthcare continuum and contribute to the success of this mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with or for Health Plan Payers in Risk Adjustment or Quality within the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of diverse clients and projects within a healthcare setting.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Utilize and become proficient in project management tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and spreadsheets.
