The Sports & Entertainment team is hiring a Client Solutions Manager who will report to the Director of Client Solutions. This role involves working directly with clients to deliver world-class service, managing an existing client portfolio, leading the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, working on diverse accounts, and collaborating closely with insurers. Gallagher’s Sports & Entertainment division is one of the world’s largest community broking practices, providing essential insurance solutions to amateur and professional sports organizations globally, as well as Media, Entertainment, and Events insurance. This includes coverage for music, entertainment, sporting events, crew, advertising professionals, media consultants, and agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career within a dynamic, specialized segment of insurance, especially those with a background or strong interest in Sports, Media, or Entertainment. The work environment is Hybrid (Agile), allowing for both remote work and in-office collaboration, based out of the Markham office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service experience
  • Naturally solution‑oriented, with a strong ability to deliver practical and innovative outcomes for clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted client relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Known as a team player — someone people enjoy working with, and who values collaboration
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and consistently exceed client expectations
  • Brings a high level of attention to detail, which has contributed to success in prior roles
  • Highly tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and new processes
  • RIBO License active and in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Account Manager within Personal Lines or Commercial Lines in a brokerage environment is ideal
  • Experience or knowledge within the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industries considered a strong asset
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support a designated portfolio of clients, taking a lead role in business retention and continuously strengthening client relationships
  • Review accounts at renewal, placing required coverage, re‑marketing where appropriate, and adhering to carrier binding authority
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring quick turnaround on all client-related requests
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generating quality leads and partnering with Account Executives to bind coverage
  • Proactively enhance insurance market knowledge, staying current on new products and policy updates
