About The Position

Verve For Advertisers is a technology company that empowers brands and agencies to connect moments of discovery and drive measurable outcomes across screens. As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory. We’re seeking a Client Solutions Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our top brand and agency accounts. In this role, you’ll own client relationships and campaign strategy for programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals, while partnering closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional results. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on strategic storytelling.
  • Highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships.
  • Partner with the Programmatic Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations.
  • Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with Sales.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends.
