As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for business development, growing your client base by marketing contract talent solutions using your legal and/or recruiting background. This involves marketing to law firms and corporate legal clients via video, telephone, and conducting in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers. You will also participate in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s presence in the local business community. Additionally, you will handle placement activities, selecting well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintaining ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service, and resolving any customer service issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction. The role requires meeting and exceeding weekly business development goals.
