IFI is seeking to hire a full-time, remote, Client Solutions Consultant.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agency clients, Intended Parents, and Surrogates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including empathy, professionalism, patience, and the ability to navigate sensitive or challenging conversations.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner to support informed decision-making.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other business software tools.
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including international clients, while delivering a high level of service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in the surrogacy, fertility, or family-building industry.
  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Zoom and Calendly.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the unique needs of domestic and international clients to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Provide personalized consultations, offering guidance, education, and recommendations tailored to each client’s family-building journey.
  • Coordinate and manage consultation scheduling between clients, professional partners, and internal team members.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to convert leads while maintaining a strong focus on client education, trust, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in IFI products and services, including staying current on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Clearly communicate insurance policy benefits, limitations, coverage options, and associated costs to clients.
  • Gather and review required information to evaluate client eligibility and underwriting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Salesforce, including notes, communications, documents, and case details.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support individual and Client Solutions team goals and operational success.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and phone calls, providing thorough follow-up and resolution to questions or concerns.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
