Deploy is an intelligence infrastructure platform that gives developers and enterprises access to open-source and proprietary AI models. The Client Solutions Associate joins the Client Solutions team, which handles commercial deployment of Deploy’s technology. Working closely with the Executive Team, the associate develops client relationships and cultivates existing ones, delivering Deploy’s offerings to clients across industries, including Fortune 500 companies. The role involves managing several clients and products at once, executing projects, fostering growth, and using quantitative skills to analyze priorities, project results, and client solutions. Candidates should have a consulting or business development background and a technical degree or background.

The current expected base salary is $80,000–$110,000. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Stock options may be offered in addition to base pay. Deploy may use AI tools to support parts of its hiring process, but final hiring decisions are made by humans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–4 years of work experience in consulting or business development.
• Technical background in computer science and/or hands-on software engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients to address their key business questions and needs.
• Own and manage all aspects of client projects and delivery for Deploy Data and Deploy Predict, serving as the bridge between clients and product teams.
• Execute and advise on innovative solutions for clients across verticals, including media, retail, security, and industrials.
• Problem-solve technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery to clients.
• Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams to develop solutions that work for clients.
• Collaborate with sales team members to define projects and client offerings.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as they relate to the role.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for protecting information assets, and report actual or suspected security or policy violations or breaches to an appropriate authority.
