About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Client Solutions Associates to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this client-facing startup operations and research role. This opportunity is designed for highly motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and demonstrate strong ownership over project execution and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0–4 years of professional experience (strong new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Client-facing mindset with strong professionalism
  • Ability to operate independently and solve problems proactively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Stable and consistent employment or academic history
  • Authorized to work in the United States or eligible for visa sponsorship

  • Customer success, account management, or client support background

Responsibilities

  • Manage client research projects from intake through completion
  • Identify, recruit, and coordinate subject matter experts aligned with client needs
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and industry experts
  • Maintain high service quality and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles
  • Conduct outreach and sourcing activities using internal and external channels
  • Track engagement metrics, project outcomes, and expert network performance
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve workflows and user experience
  • Translate real-time client feedback into operational and platform improvements
  • Operate efficiently in a high-growth, startup-driven environment with shifting priorities
