As a Client Solution Specialist Sr within PNC's Private Bank Estate Settlement organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA. Client Solution Specialist Sr will be supporting the Estate Settlement Advisor. Responsibilities will include collecting assets, following up on where to collect assets, making phone calls and following up on email correspondence. Other duties will include but not be limited to: ordering checks, making payments, adding beneficiaries, and mailings. Familiarity with PNC systems is preferred. Familiarity with PNC Private Bank systems (EDGE, Siebel, AM TRUST, ONBASE) is preferred. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
