As a Client Solution Specialist Sr within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Tampa, FL. It may serve as a customer solutions resource, gathering required documentation, and preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents and relevant information for accuracy. The specialist performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes, and may administer implementation plans and related client interactions. They act as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners, escalating client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. The position involves initiating, updating, and verifying client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications, providing reports as needed, and may serve as a peer resource and perform general administrative support.
