As a Client Solution Specialist within PNC's Retail Lending - Indirect Auto Lending organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH. Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST The Dealer Support Team is responsible for onboarding and maintaining auto dealership information across multiple internal systems to enable dealerships to submit retail lending applications to PNC Bank. This role plays a critical part in supporting automobile originations by ensuring dealership data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Team members perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks within several systems, including reviewing and validating supporting documentation. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as this information directly impacts a dealer’s ability to conduct business with the bank. In addition to system and documentation work, the Dealer Support Team serves as a point of contact for auto dealerships and internal business partners. This includes responding to inbound phone calls and emails and resolving inquiries. Job Description Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May perform general administrative support. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • Typically requires 3+ years experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process dealer onboarding and maintenance requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Enter and update dealership information across multiple systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Review business documents (e.g., dealer agreements, forms, and supporting materials) for completeness
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from dealers and internal partners
  • Research and resolve issues related to dealer inquiries
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of dealer-related requests
  • Maintain service level expectations while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
