About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Team Lead to join a growing team. This is a newly created position designed to support the Service Manager in overseeing and enhancing the performance of the Client Services team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines, along with proven managerial expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years in Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred; familiarity with CSR24 is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant educational background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers (AMs) in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.
  • Oversee the quoting of new and renewal business for accounts ranging from $1,000 to $500,000.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize EPIC and CSR24 software to manage workflows and ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Participate in monthly in-office meetings and occasional travel as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
