About The Position

CH Brown Co., LLC is seeking a Client Services Supervisor in Wheatland to oversee the daily operations of the Client Services Department. This role ensures effective account maintenance and servicing for all loans and leases. The supervisor will manage staff responsible for payment collections, account servicing, and the repossession and disposal of company-owned assets. The position requires promoting a high standard of customer service for borrowers and brokers, monitoring departmental workflow, production data, and performance results. The supervisor will also use operational data to support goal setting, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent execution of collections, account servicing, repossession, and asset disposal activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years’ full-time work experience filling an administrative or clerical support position in an office team environment; loan or banking areas experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of collections, accounting, customer service, and data entry functions within the financial or commercial lending industries, or the willingness to learn.
  • Comprehension of equipment repossession processes and requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial lending practices and asset-based credit data analysis is preferred.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keyboarding and computer skills required and experience with Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Demonstrated aptitude to handle sensitive operational transactions and customer relationships.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Demonstrated competency in personal leadership, decision-making, dependability, prioritizing, safety, evaluation skills, problem solving, collaboration and teamwork, and time management.

Nice To Haves

  • Loan or banking areas experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial lending practices and asset-based credit data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct all aspects of monetary collection activities from borrowers for all active loan and lease accounts.
  • Manage equipment collection activities by making decisions, delegating responsibilities, coordinating efforts, and communicating with relevant parties.
  • Direct the pick-up, transportation, storage, repair, and auction disposal of repossessed company-owned assets.
  • Ensure SilverLake accounts are balanced daily; assist with all Client Services related SilverLake functions when necessary.
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience in-person and over the phone to all clients.
  • Compile relevant data and develop presentation materials for weekly staff meetings.
  • Supervise the Client Services Department and its assigned staff by managing and directing workflow to ensure mission accomplishment of work center’s tasks.
  • Review and approve bi-monthly payroll and paid time-off requests; ensure work center coverage to maintain account maintenance and servicing capability.
  • Update and execute procedures/practices to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess Client Services delivery of customer experience standards and elevate performance when able/appropriate.
  • All other duties of a similar or lesser nature as assigned.
