About The Position

Northwest is seeking a Client Services Specialist who brings warmth, professionalism, and relationship-building instincts to every interaction — representing our team at the closing table and in the community. This role requires at least one year of experience in external sales, customer service, or the Real Estate Title industry. This is a client-facing role.

Requirements

  • Active Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain within 45 days of employment)
  • Minimum one year of experience in external sales, customer service, or real estate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage a varied schedule including some evenings and weekends
  • Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the region as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture connections with new and existing clients, learning their needs and delivering a closing experience that keeps them coming back to Northwest.
  • Perform notary closings — both in-office and on location — with precision, professionalism, and a focus on exceptional experience for all parties. At least 50% of your time will be dedicated to conducting notary closings.
  • Prepare, organize, execute, and ship closing packages with strict attention to accuracy and completeness.
  • Diligently maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track client activity, communication, and follow-up.
  • Represent Northwest at industry events, on social media, and through networking activities that build goodwill and name recognition in your market.
  • Partner closely with Closing Services teams to create a multi-layered client relationship that reflects Northwest's values at every touchpoint.
