About The Position
Assist faculty/staff/students with computing devices by providing installation, troubleshooting, repair, training, and consulting services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Over 2 years computer related work experience
- Strong technical computer skills, including PCs and peripheral equipment such as printers, storage devices, AV Devices, multimedia projectors, etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with people and under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide installation, troubleshooting, repair, training, and consulting services for computing devices.
