About The Position
Plumas Bank seeks a full-time Roaming Client Services Specialist to work in our Sierra Region - Quincy, Portola, Susanville, Reno and the Lake Branches. Travel will be required to other bank locations. Home base location to be determined within the travel area listed with 40 hours guaranteed. May require an overnight stay depending on staffing at other locations. Successful candidate will possess excellent strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Two years prior teller/banking and or cash handling experience required.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills.
- Dependability.
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Travel to other bank locations within the Sierra Region.
- Provide client services and support.
- Handle cash and perform teller duties.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Work in a team environment.
