Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading customer service by providing prompt, professional support and striving for first-call resolution.
• Manage multiple systems and responsibilities simultaneously, including answering calls, documenting customer interactions, and completing follow-up tasks.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and company growth.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and support.
• Accurately enter and manage inbound leads in a timely manner.
