This role is responsible for administering drug testing and managing electronic monitoring devices, including installation, maintenance, and data management. The candidate will have a primary duty in either drug testing or electronic monitoring installation but must be willing to accept assignments in the other area as needed, on a daily, weekly, ad hoc, or rotating basis as directed by management. This position involves direct client interaction, scheduling, communication management, account creation, participant tracking, payment processing, and reporting to supervising agencies. Additionally, the role includes administering urine analyses according to protocol and chain of custody procedures, with on-the-job training provided.
