Client Services Representative
About The Position
This role is responsible for administering drug testing and for the installation, management, and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices, including alcohol and location monitoring. The candidate will primarily focus on either drug testing or electronic monitoring installation but must be willing to assist with the other duties as needed, on a daily, weekly, ad hoc, or rotating basis as directed by management. The position involves meeting with clients to install, remove, or maintain monitoring technologies, providing customer service to clients and agencies, scheduling appointments, managing daily communications and equipment alerts, creating customer accounts, tracking participants, processing payments, and delivering reports on participant completion, non-compliance, and payments to supervising agencies. The role also includes administering urine analyses samples according to protocol and chain of custody procedures, with on-the-job training provided.
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Clean Background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office O365.
- Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to install, remove, or perform maintenance on the monitoring technologies and provide customer service duties to clients and the agencies served.
- Schedules installation appointments for all new referrals and maintenance appointments.
- Manages daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.
- Creates individual customer accounts and tracks participants as well as taking payments for services provided.
- Delivers participant completion, non-compliance and payment reports to appropriate supervising agencies.
- Administers Urine Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures.
- Manages daily communication with billing and maintenance items.
