About The Position

Front Range Veterinary Clinic, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year working within a customer service environment
Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well within a team

Responsibilities

Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
Oversee the clinic
Manage and assist clients in the euthanasia paperwork
Discuss payment choices with clients
Process End of Day Report
Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail and purging charts.
Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the clinic.
Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff.
May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational programs.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
