Requirements

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary advisor to clients and third party vendors, independently analyzing information to identify areas of risk, weighing alternative courses of action, and making recommendations on system conversions, existing client plan design changes, and new client onboarding.
  • Working with key stakeholders, acts as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.
  • Serves as an escalation contact, creates, builds, and maintains relationships with internal partners, external vendors and managers.
  • Proactively anticipates operational issues and leads process enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues. Oversees the research and implements complex process improvements.
  • Oversees workflow tracking and proactively performs root cause analysis. Evaluates and enhances workflows and recommends short and long-term solutions for issues.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
