Requirements

• Minimum of one year related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of client account transactions.
• Provides feedback on systems, operational issues and enhancements with internal colleagues. Builds knowledge of compliance, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures to assist in developing operational solutions.
• Identifies processing or workflow issues and trends. Contributes to reviewing department performance using basic metrics and data.
• Builds internal partner and vendor relationships, providing status updates on issues and supports projects related to investments. Builds and communications channels.
• Helps prepare reports on quality, volume, and other metrics. Tracks how processes and workflows are working and identifies updates needed to stay compliant.
• Supports assigned processes and builds understanding of related policies and controls. Follows established procedures to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
