About The Position

GDI Ainsworth is currently seeking a driven and highly motivated strategic, relationship-driven Client Services Manager to join our Customer Success Network. This role is pivotal in strengthening partnerships with key accounts, driving long-term value creation, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. As a Client Services Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning client objectives with Ainsworth’s solutions to deliver measurable business impact. You will lead strategic planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational excellence while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Program Management with large or mid-market clients.
  • Strong ability to influence at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term partnerships, driving growth, and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and quantify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with resilience and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead for assigned accounts, fostering strong executive-level relationships and positioning Ainsworth as a partner in achieving client goals.
  • Develop and execute account success plans that align with client priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive value realization by identifying opportunities for innovation, expanded services, and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic discussions, presenting insights, performance trends, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics (growth, SLA performance, financial trends) to proactively address risks and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions, acting as the client’s advocate within Ainsworth.
  • Support contract governance, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance and alignment with client expectations.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and enhance client experience.
  • Maintain integrity of client data and systems, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships and drive mutual success.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
