About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager in Hickory, North Carolina. The role supports the delivery of compassionate, high-quality home health care by managing client services and scheduling, building relationships with clients and community partners, and working with clinical colleagues to support field employees. The Client Services Manager also manages and grows a caseload while monitoring its financial performance. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong computer skills, including use of an electronic medical record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

Nice To Haves

Comparable experience staffing or scheduling at a home care agency preferred.
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling issues.
Manage and proactively grow a caseload.
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
Monitor metrics to maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload.
Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.
