About The Position

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager based in the surrounding areas of Gainesville / North Florida. The role services and oversees relationships with long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of Central Florida. Under the general supervision of the Director of Client Services, the manager works in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and company policies. The position requires a good understanding of SpecialtyRx’s solutions to support client facilities and maintain long-term relationships, while demonstrating excellent customer service consistent with the company’s CARE culture: Commitment, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Must be local to the surrounding areas of Gainesville / North Florida.
• Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
• Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities, and concentrate on detailed information.
• Problem-solving ability, drive, and motivation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to drive long distances within Florida.

Nice To Haves

• Florida LPN license.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
• Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries from client facilities.
• Relate to client needs.
• Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information for client facilities and resolve facility issues.
• Audit medication and treatment carts in preparation for surveys.
• Audit antibiotics, PO/IV medications, and backup boxes to ensure proper par levels and confirm medications are not expired.
• Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seals are in place and medications are not expired.
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing to support the role’s responsibilities.
