The Client Services Manager will collaborate with sales partners to follow through on initial business development efforts and solidify partnerships with new clients. This role involves collaborating with internal MSH colleagues to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the sales process and delivery commitments. The manager will continuously expand MSH's footprint and service offerings into newly acquired and existing partnerships. They will become a business partner to customers by staying informed of emerging market trends and technology knowledge, and providing solutions that position them for successful project completion. The role also includes participating in the full-life cycle recruitment, including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, understanding market trends, offer development and negotiation presentation, and onboarding of candidates. Evaluating competencies, background, technical skills, and culture fit of each individual is also a key responsibility. The Client Services Manager will work with the MSH India Intelligence Team for market research and candidate sourcing, create innovative ways to reach out to potential candidates and market candidates to clients, and understand micro & macro market trends to build sourcing and engagement strategies. Managing the candidate experience through empathy, transparency, and a deep understanding of candidates' hopes and desires is crucial. Participation in all continuous training initiatives, prioritizing personal and professional development, is also expected.
