About The Position

BAYADA is seeking a confident, solutions-oriented Client Services Manager for our Blue Bell, PA Habilitation Office. This role is ideal for someone who can think independently and lead with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strong operator who knows how to solve problems, hold boundaries, and keep services moving forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in service coordination, staffing, operations, healthcare, home care, or another fast-paced people-focused setting preferred
  • Strong computer skills required

Nice To Haves

  • IDD experience preferred, but not required
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Teachable and open to feedback
  • Able to operate independently without constant direction
  • Calm under pressure and effective in difficult situations
  • Focused on accountability, problem-solving, and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day client services and staffing needs
  • Manage urgent scheduling issues and changes in the field
  • Partner with office and field teams to support high-quality service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners
  • Monitor caseload performance, authorizations, and key operational metrics
  • Address challenges directly, make decisions independently, and drive solutions
