About The Position

The Client Services Manager role is a relationship-driven, field-focused position that blends business development, client retention, and operational support in the disaster response and environmental restoration space. You will spend much of your time engaging government and commercial clients within an assigned region strengthening pre-event contracts, understanding procurement processes, and positioning Ceres for future activations while maintaining strong awareness of competitors and market dynamics. Success requires comfort with travel, a matrixed environment, shifting priorities, and high-pressure conditions, as well as the ability to balance long-term relationship building with real-time execution during critical events.
