BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our West Chester, PA office. As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, managing a caseload, building community relationships, and supporting the growth of the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
• Monitor key business and operational metrics.
• Support the overall growth and success of the West Chester office.
