Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Schedule beauty treatments
• Respond to client questions
• Promote cosmetology services
• Upsell treatments
• Provide cost estimates and wait times for services
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with general cleaning to maintain the retail space
