The Client Services Facilitator serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications to the EBS/ECL offices related to customer inquiries. This role is responsible for managing phone and email communications, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensuring timely, accurate,and professional communication between clients and internal departments. While this is primarily an office-based position with limited face-to-face interaction, it requires frequent and effective communication with both clientand staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and consistently demonstrates a positive, professional demeanor. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, along with experience in order of entry, inventory management, and customer service processes, are highly preferred.
