About The Position

This role supports a global client base by ensuring accurate client data management and smooth delivery of certification processes. Working closely with technical and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong data management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage priorities based on client and business needs.
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and learning regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word, with the ability to learn internal systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
  • Resilient and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex queries.
  • A collaborative team player who can respond effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client master data across certification schemes, including ISO 13485 and relevant regulations.
  • Create and schedule jobs, prepare mock certificates, and manage certificate data in line with EUDAMED guidance.
  • Perform final quality checks before certificate release.
  • Handle invoicing processes, including annual management fees, credits, and query resolution.
  • Run reports to validate data accuracy and action compliance requirements.
  • Support client lifecycle processes such as cancellations, suspensions, and withdrawals in line with regulatory standards.
  • Respond to client queries and collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support system and process improvements, including user acceptance testing, and assist with audits where required.
