Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a client services role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and dependable team player who genuinely cares about helping clients and supporting your colleagues.
  • Excel at managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor.
  • Passionate about creating a positive client experience and building trust with pet owners.
  • Value teamwork and contribute to a collaborative, uplifting culture where everyone is focused on achieving shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for pet owners in need, offering support and guidance during crucial moments.
  • Engage with a variety of cases daily, ensuring every day is unique and rewarding.
