TSCG, a third party commercial real estate company, is hiring a Client Services Coordinator / Administrator for our Property Management Division. This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia in the Cobb Galleria Office Park. Since 1984, our retail real estate platform has provided a full assortment of advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and financial institutions throughout our territory. The Client Services Coordinator/ Administrator plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Property Management and Property Accounting teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a broad range of administrative, financial, and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter who communicates effectively, adapts quickly, and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality support across all areas of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or operations support role; background in real estate, property management, or financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams), document management tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, payment processing, and financial administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of tasks and documentation accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for working with clients, vendors, tenants, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Self-motivated with sound judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage banking relationships and access on behalf of clients, including setting up and removing team members, initiating and approving payments, and opening or closing accounts as needed.
  • Coordinate tenant payment setup and serve as a point of contact for banking and payment verification inquiries.
  • Utilize a variety of technology platforms and software tools to support daily administrative and operational functions.
  • Draft, prepare, and manage client-facing agreements and related documentation.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and support Corporate Accounting with accurate cost allocation across properties.
  • Track and submit internal fees and charges to Corporate Accounting for client invoicing.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Tenant Coordinators and Property Managers.
  • Develop and maintain internal systems, processes, and templates to streamline workflow across Property Management and Property Accounting teams.
