Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake interviews to help clients navigate their legal journey with dignity and respect.
  • Coordinate with courts, attorneys, and pro bono counsel to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
  • Support applications for assistance and connect clients with attorneys.
  • Complete grant reporting to secure resources for families in need.
  • Determine client eligibility and match them with appropriate legal resources.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to legal staff.
  • Maintain organized case files and databases.
  • Support outreach events and legal clinics.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams focused on social justice.
  • Maintain professional relationships with courts, agencies, and community partners.
