About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Willow Grove, PA Pediatrics office. This is an on-site Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm opportunity designed for someone who is motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in healthcare leadership. The Client Services Associate role is more than a starting position — it’s an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the business, and prepare for your next step. Through mentorship, training, and exposure to multiple areas of office operations, you’ll develop skills in client services, scheduling, staffing, employee engagement, and team management. As you grow in the role, you’ll have opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and advance your career within BAYADA, including potential progression into a Client Services Manager position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
• A growth mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in healthcare leadership
• Ambition, initiative, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
• Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
• Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services
• Gain exposure to day-to-day office operations and healthcare management
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and field employees
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, documentation, and data entry
• Take on new responsibilities and develop leadership skills as you grow in the role
