About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our remote team in a client-focused role supporting families and individuals across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs while building meaningful relationships and providing dependable service. AO Globe Life is seeking a Work-From-Home Insurance Consultant to guide clients through important insurance decisions. You will work with individuals and families who are interested in learning about life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options. We provide warm leads, comprehensive online training, coaching, and resources so you can focus on helping clients and building a successful remote career.
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Professional and people-oriented communication style
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable learning digital tools and online systems
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
